This is a great MP3 player, very easy to use.
Great sound when using headphones.
The external speaker is a bit soft, could be louder.

I bought this earlier this year because my Creative Zen V, which I LOVED!, died for good and I wanted a new Creative. I didn't realize however that IT DOESN'T SUPPORT NAPSTER, RHAPSODY, ETC.! How stupid is that??!! Why on earth would I buy an MP3 player that can only play my cd's! It also isn't clear in the product description that it doesn't support music services. Needless to day, I returned it immediately and bought an MP3 player that I can use w/ Rhapsody and Napster. What a waste of money this was!

The ZEN was an upgrade for me as I had an old RCA MP3 that was around 5 years old and only held a gig of music.
This one has many more cool features to it as well.
The few things that could use some improvement are the sound, which surprisingly, my older RCA player is a lot better. Also, when plugged into the head phone jack to use in my car, the wire comes out the bottom which poses minor problems when trying to pick up and change album folders etc. Of course this is probably because the jack couldn't go into the same area as the video screen, as the whole idea about the ZEN is it's small size.

I had a 30g Creative Zen that I bought about 4 years ago. I never even came close to using all the space so I decided to downsize. I mostly use my mp3 for digital books. For music or books, Creative is perfect. The battery life on this is amazing. They've come a long way with batteries in 4 years! Easy to use! Great product!

I recently got the Creative Zen Mosaic after much research.. but am thoroughly disappointed.
It worked great for the first few days and then one day it decided not to respond to the navigation buttons..
well it does respond but at its own leisure (this problem is seen when browsing the songs alphabetically)
hope this honest review helps other buyers..
