I bought this at Target at LOVE it, we've had it for about a year and it still works great. It has saved on sanity on long car trips and for the plane I just strap the dvd player onto the tray table in the upright position. I saw some poor reviews for the 2nd screen quality and I can't comment on that because we never use the 2nd one since we only have 1 kid.

Don't waste your money - this only lasted 5 months and then quit reading discs. hilips customer svce. seemed nice, offering to send a new one. The "new" one cames as a refurbished unit older than the one I bought WITHOUT the mounting kit. When I called back, was told there is no mounting kit...still waiting for the resolve. Bottom line, unit quit working waaaay too soon. Woiuld never buy again!

We bought this DVD player for a raod trip and it worked well. It kept the kids happy. The volume was loud enouth that they could hear over the road noise. The problem is that after owning it for three months the DVD player will no longer track. We put in a DVD and it just flashes "loading" on the screen. I though it was a really good price for dual screen DVD player but I guess now I know why.

We were in the process of moving so there were a lot of trips back and forth from the old house to the new house. The DVD player and 2nd screen worked fine for about a month or two. Then the 2nd screen stopped working - no picture, only sound. I would not recommend this product to anyone nor will I buy another Phillips brand product. I have had nothing but problems with the Phillips brand products that I have purchased. Best bet is to buy two portable DVD players. I have had good luck with Audiovox.

If your 2nd screen doesn't work be sure to check the cable between the screens- it only works one way. Reverse it and see if it works.
