We've tried many portable DVD players over the years since we travel a lot with our kids and this one is one of the better players we've had. The picture is very good. The sound is a little tinny through the speakers, but sounds great with headphones and since we primarily use the headphones in the car, that has not been a drawback for us. We've not had any mechanical problems with our current set. Our prior set did eventually freeze up on us, but that was after it had been dropped 2 times, so we can't complain about it. Overall, a good purchase.

This DVD palyer came with very thing you need; not like others where you need to purchase a charger and such. You won't be disappointed with the picture or sound quality for the price.

Technically this is a very nice DVD player. The only problem is that the controls are impossible to operate in the dark -- such as in my daughter's bedroom at night, or in the back of a car. Instead of buttons, the player has touchpads. So it is very easy to hit the wrong button. Right next to the up/down/left/right key there is a touchpad that cuts off half the screen so you can enter "LCD mode," whatever that is. You are guaranteed to hit that touchpad while you're trying to select a scene.

The SONY FX930 is the absolute BEST portable DVD player out there. I was debating between the Panasonic-86 and SONY FX-930 but when I saw the screen resolution of the Panasonic at a nearby BEST BUY, I had to go with SONY because it is 10x more clear. With the SONY FX930, it's like watching High Definition TV; Panasonic had too many "grains" in its pictures. SONY is super, super clear! Buy the SONY FX-930, you won't regret it. I purchased it through Amazon because they had the best price AND with free shipping. You can't beat that!

I liked the DVD player when I first used it. It has a nice picture and worked well. I liked the screen which pivots. The buttons worked pretty well. The problem is that it QUIT working after 2 weeks! I called the seller, but he said he wasnt able to help me because I had not kept the original box. it was still under his 30 day warranty, but only with the original packaging. So, I have to go through Sony which is a big hassle because it is difficult to get through. I am very bummed that it quit working after just 2 weeks. NOT HAPPY

Piece of junk--worked exactly 1 week past 90 day warranty. DO NOT buy this machine. Now they want me to pay $33 for a used machine to replace this one. That's a deal? And how long will the new unit work--93 days. For the amount of money I put out for this piece of equipment it is NOT worth it. Don't buy it. Was it a nice machine while it worked--oh yeah a beauty which I imagine is when the good reviews were made. But 90 days later it belongs in the trash.

Having read reviews of all types of portable DVD players I settled on this SONY model. The picture is good the sound is good. However, after only two months of use the screen goes black sometimes. We don't know when it will happen. We have an old Toshiba portable that has been to Africa and back and is still doing great. I thought SONY would be just as good, but this one is not.

I was excited this came with 3 cables as all of my existing cables were working but getting old and torn. I had noticed the low reviews here, but thought a cable was a cable and I would be happy with whatever they gave me. The result? I wish I hadn't thrown out my older cables because 2 of the 3 new cables gave out in 10-12 days. I'm down to one now, but am having to shop around. When the first one went out, I figured it was a fluke... but when the second just did in the same time frame, I decided to write this review. Not sure exactly how the product goes out. They are all still in great condition, nothing was stretched or handled beyond its use. It simply doesn't power or sync. I've tested on the computer, wall charger, car... all nothing. I hope this review helps you.

The delivery by mail was speedy. Only comment is that you should be sure to squeeze the
release buttons when extracting it from the phone. The apple cord does not have any lock
on it when inserted into the phone. Great product, thanks!

I bought 2 cables from this seller about 2 weeks ago and the items received were not the cable the seller displayed on display picture. The cables sent were an old/cheap version of the cables with a wider head and would not fit with my Otter case. I proceeded to contact the seller to return the items and the seller responded the hext day. Seller replaced the items within a week, shipped the correct cables and let me keep the original 2 he sent, (This is what Customer Service is all about). They are not original Apple cables, but they are pretty dam close to them. Cables are good for data transfer and charging. RECOMMENDED...

As far as armbands go, this one is functional, but that's about it. I've had it for about a month, and already the sleeve is torn. The protective plastic is too thick, which makes it hard to make any selections on my iTouch when it's in the sleeve. It does stay on my arm without being too tight or constricting. Overall, this one is OK if you just want a basic armband that won't be used heavily.

After almost dropping my iPhone 3GS one too many times at the gym, I decided I needed to have an armband. I was looking for something relatively inexpensive, it needed to be easy to for me put in/take out my iPhone since I was only going to be using the armband a couple time a week.

After doing a bit of research I decided to give this armband a try. I was pretty excited to find an armband that would let me keep my current case, an Incipio DermaSHOT, which is a very thin case. Unfortunately, I can't get my iPhone in the armband without taking the Incipio case off. However, I am quite happy with the armband. My iPhone is very secure in the case, it's very easy to insert and remove the iPhone from the armband (without the Incipio case), the actual armband is quite nice and doesn't bounce around on my arm. I hadn't originally intended to use the armband when running but it does a great job of securing my iPhone to my arm when running; I have no fears that my iPhone is going to end up on the ground. This case may not be great for someone with large biceps, though.
