I bought this for the clear case and belt clip but it comes with a velcro armband which works great. It is a super case.

The product is decent for the Ipod. The problem that I found was you cannot use a Zagg Invisible shield and use the housing. The housing will not fit. It is the only one I could find with a clip, which was the reason for purchase.

I really like this case, I have used it both with the arm band and just the case and it has worked very well. The only glitch for me would be the fact that my headphone jack is a little too large for the bottom of the case. The plug fits, but it hangs out just a bit.

The Positive
- Armband is comfortable and fits a guys 17" arm
- Case can be quickly removed from the armband to use with belt clip
- Case fits iPod securely, but can be removed without driving you crazy
- Case fits Nike+ receiver (a huge shortcoming with many cases)
- Beltclip on back of case, combined with armband pad, provide a good sweat barrier to protect iPod
Places for improvement
- The case exposes the top, bottom, and wheel of iPod making it less than weather proof
- Opening on bottom will make it difficult to fit headphones with larger plugs
- Opening for wheel could be larger (or beveled) to give you more finger room (still very usable however)
- The polka dot pattern on the armband looks cheap

I just got this and just in time, I broke my last case this morning when I dropped my ipod yet again on my treadmill. The design is exactly what I wanted and needed all in one. I wanted a hard case, with a sturdy belt clip, and arm band that didn't require changing the case or taking it off. The band is more than large enough (I have kind of big arms) with room to spare in both directions. I like that the case protects the screen, without making clickwheel use difficult. The design really is exceptionally useful. My only slight unexpected detail is that the case sticks out farther from the arm band than I thought. I don't think it effects the use in any way, but I was just expecting it to lay a little flatter. They should add more pictures to the description. I don't intend to use the belt clip as a stand because I'm a little afraid of breaking it and need the clip more.
Bottom line, I couldn't have asked for better in terms of design quality. Someone was very thoughtful and careful when designing this making it useful and convenient. I run almost everyday and who wants to go back and forth changing the case? I've seen others boasting a belt clip that is really just 2 slits in the back for you to literally loop it through an actual belt or arm band. Who wants that pain in behind?
