Easy to use. Copy & paste your music and photos no other software required. Sound quality is amazing. Battery life is so long it never turns off. Great features. I just changed the headphones for my personal comfort. I recommend it!

I own a Creative Zen 4GB (Black) and I love it. I saw that this one was on sale though and couldn't resist buying it in hopes of replacing my small minded player. However, it doesn't do Amazon Videos, which is one of the things I bought it for. I also couldn't figure out how to use the software it came with to put files on it. I just used the Windows Media Player instead. It is a great product, just like the old one (except the radio picked up a few channels more than mine, which made it better in that respect), but I ended up giving it away to a friend who didn't want to use it for movies.

I had to even exchange the frist one I got it died after 1 day of use. The one I got in its place is still working great. I am alittle disappointed in the new software, this software is located in the player its self, but I like the players ablity to lock while listening to the radio this saves alot of battery life. I have updated the frimware and this resolved alot of the track playing issues. I gave it 4 stars because its still better than some others I have tried.

I use this mostly for books and can't be with out it. I was hopitalized for a few days and just listening to my books made it almost tolerable. With 10 bookmarks I'm able to swith between books and find my place. The battery so far has held up well.

Tennessee is not listed as a State Tax state by amazon.com, but they charged me Tax. The seller, Creative Labs, advertised this item for $79.99 with FREE shipping, but amazon.com charged me shipping. I feel I have been taken by amazon.com for $13.92. I do not think I will buy online through amazon.com in the future.
